Prices

Fixed price, agreed before I start.

Three setups cover most of what small businesses ask for. Everything else gets a plan and a price within one business day of the call.

Inquiry Desk

Every inquiry - calls, texts, Facebook, Instagram, website form, Kijiji - lands in one inbox. A new inquiry gets a reply within a minute. A missed call gets a text back in seconds. A booking link and a one-page tracker.

$1,500USD, fixed, 1-3 channels · $2,500 for 4+ channels or two locations

Repair Desk

For workshops and repair shops: intake form with photos, one list of every job in the shop with its status, automatic texts at each step, quote approval by text, pickup reminders, a waitlist customers can check.

$1,500USD, fixed, one week

Lesson Desk

For studios and schools: inquiries in one place, a trial-lesson booking link, reminders before the lesson, a chase after three days of silence, monthly billing reminders. Works on top of the scheduling tool you have.

$1,900USD, fixed, one week

Optional: $300 a month (repair desk $200) to keep it running, fix what breaks and add a channel. Not a condition.

Before you write in

Six questions I get before the first call.

How much does it cost to streamline a small business's operations?

Setups are fixed-price and start at USD 1,500: the Inquiry Desk is USD 1,500 for up to three channels and USD 2,500 for four or more, the Repair Desk USD 1,500, the Lesson Desk USD 1,900. An optional USD 300 a month keeps it running and adds a channel when you need one.

How long does a setup take?

Usually one week from the day we agree the plan. The 30-minute call comes first, the one-page plan with the exact price within one business day, then the build, a written how-it-works and a 20-minute walkthrough.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most setups run on Google Workspace or on the free tiers of tools you already use. The one common exception is a missed-call text-back, which needs a phone-number service at about USD 20 to 40 a month.

What do you need from me?

Access to the inbox, sheet or calendar the setup touches, one person who can answer questions the same day, and about an hour of your time in the first week. The plan spells it out before you commit.

Does it work in French and English?

Yes. Automatic replies and templates are set up in both languages, so a customer who writes in French gets a French answer and one who writes in English gets English.

What if my problem is not on the list?

Tell me what eats your week and you get a plan and a price within one business day, or an honest answer that it is not worth automating yet. Most repeat work in a small business can be automated for less than the cost of a part-time hire.
