Demos
Three demos of what I automate, in the tools you already pay for.
Working automations built in Google Sheets in about two hours each, shown on an invented cleaning company. Yours runs on your real inbox, sheet and calendar.
Every lead gets an answer. Every follow-up gets done.
Someone writes in, they get a reply from your template within a minute. Every Monday you get one email: who hasn't heard back yet.
Know which channels bring you customers
Counts what came in from each source this month and what it turned into, so you stop paying for the channel that only brings tire-kickers.
Schedules checked against staff certifications, automatically
Compares next week's schedule with each person's licenses and certifications, flags the gaps, suggests who can cover, and emails you the list every Monday.

Who you'd work with
I ran HR operations at a 300-person company. I bring that experience to businesses that run lean.
For five years I ran HR operations at a 300-person tech company: onboarding, documents, reporting, payroll sign-off, and the systems underneath. Most of it I built from nothing, and most of the repeat work I automated on Google Workspace, with no new software. Those automations replaced two hires and turned a week of paperwork into one run.
A lean business has even less room for leaks: every inquiry, every follow-up and every hour counts, and there is rarely anyone whose job it is to fix the plumbing. That is what I do for small businesses and solo practices in Canada and the US. Inquiries coming in from five places, follow-ups that depend on someone remembering, tools that overlap, reports assembled by hand: I fix one at a time, write down how it works, and hand it over so it keeps running without me.
Montreal, English with written French. Remote across North America, in person on the West Island. 13 years of building things from zero, including a training university, an iOS app and the automations in the demos above.
Process
Three steps, and no surprises in any of them.
A 30-minute call
You tell me what eats your week and where inquiries come in. I tell you whether it's worth fixing, and what I'd do first.
A plan and a price, in one business day
One page: what I'll set up, what it costs, how long it takes, and the little I need from you. You say yes or no.
Set up and hand over
Usually a week. You get the setup, a written how-it-works, and a walkthrough. It keeps running without me; if you want me to watch it, that's an option, not a condition.
Setups start at $1,500, fixed, agreed before I start. Most are done in a week, in the tools you already pay for.
Testimonials
What the people I've worked with say.
Finance and people leaders who saw the work up close. Quoted as written.
Promotion and equity cycle used to mean my team hand-generating dozens of letters and forms one by one. Olga automated the entire dataflow, so a batch of 50+ documents could be generated in minutes instead of days. It rapidly removed one of the most tedious, error-prone jobs my team had. Across her full contracted portfolio she certainly generated us 10x investment returns!
I worked with Olga for over four years. She is one of the most impressive professionals I have ever worked with. … Some of the projects I saw her delivering real results on: building from scratch and automating executive reporting; keeping the data clean enough that every downstream report and integration (including Finance!) was trustworthy; design and automation of numerous processes; switching payroll providers. Any team hiring her will get more than they expect!
She played an important role in aligning our HR operations with SOC 2 audit and compliance requirements. Her expertise ensured that our company met the necessary standards and effectively addressed any compliance gaps. Olga is a talented leader who inspires their team and consistently delivers results.
Olga is that rare strategic, operational and highly socially intelligent gem that is data driven in all projects she undertakes, who achieves operational excellence for her department using old and new tools, and who is deeply esteemed and adored by her peers and team.
I have consistently witnessed Olga's unwavering dedication to cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment. I am particularly impressed by her adeptness in handling complex employee relations matters, showcasing a remarkable combination of tact and empathy.
What eats your week?
Thirty minutes, free. Tell me, and I'll tell you whether it can be automated and what it would cost.
Or write it down
Tell me what's eating your week.
A few sentences is plenty. You get a plan and a price within one business day, or an honest "this isn't worth automating yet".
